refund policy

There is no refund or exchange on sale items and made to order items.  For all other items contact us via email on creations@doffie.com.au for returns and exchanges.  If a return or exchange has been granted we will require the returned product to be in orriginal condition, with tags intact and with the receipt included.  If an alternate product is to be exchanged please include all re-order details within the returned product package.  If an item is faulty or incorrect we will be happy to pay for the postage costs.  However if you are returning for any other reason then the packaging and postage must be paid for by the customer.
